Abstract

|
This study aims to identify decision factors influencing later life preparation by nursing workers who work for medical institutions for senior caring and rehabilitation. The subjects of this study are 280 nurses and assistant nurses who work for medical institutions for senior caring and rehabilitation located in tile area of Daegu Metropolitan City and Gyeongbuk Province. 280 questionnaires were distributed in 20 institutions. Firstly, As for their actual preparation for later life, they were physically well prepared for later life, but not so well prepared for later life in terms of leisure. Secondly, Factors which significantly influenced tile consciousness of later life preparation were final education, working periods, and economic preparation for later life.
